Pacific Quorum Properties has imposed many measures and policies to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
We continually update our COVID-19 safety protocols in our offices, to ensure appropriate social distancing measures and utmost safety for our team members.
We have provided all of our clients with recommendations for consideration within the properties which we manage. We are working with our clients to implement those recommendations and other strategies to safeguard the residents within our managed properties, as approved and directed by our clients.
We have implemented internal procedures that will ensure that we are able to continue to provide the property management services that our clients and properties require.
We continue to conduct strata council meetings and annual general meetings in an electronic format to ensure that the business of the strata corporation’s we manage continues. Our accounting department is operational and will continue to provide regular financial statements to our clients, collect strata fees and rental payments on behalf of our clients, and pay bills on behalf of our clients, to ensure that there is no interruption in the services or utilities required in the operation of our managed properties.
We have circulated to all clients helpful tips and other information that may be useful, and are recommending that any owner within one of our managed properties that is not currently signed up for PQ Online, please do so at your earliest convenience as this will be the primary means of communication regarding matters pertaining to your property.
Thank you, and stay safe.
