FINANCIAL REPORTS & TRANSACTIONS – Your monthly financial statements can be distributed electronically or by mail, keeping you informed on the financial health of your property. We also manage the payment of regular expenses and property taxes on your behalf, and aggressively pursue arrears to ensure maximum cash flow to your property.

OWNER PAYOUT – On a monthly basis we will disburse to you the net revenue for your investment property.  Funds can be direct deposited to your bank account, or issued by cheque and mailed to you (your choice).

ATTRACTING QUALITY TENANTS – We minimize vacancies with effective and inexpensive online marketing and advertising, reducing vacancy periods.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE – Offering regular property inspections, managing repairs and maintenance as needed based on pre-determined expenditure limits. All maintenance will be inspected or verified by our Property Managers to ensure the highest standard, prior to payment

TENANTS – We foster meaningful connections with tenants to ensure your rental investment is treated with utmost care. We provide tenant screening, verification, and credit checks as part of this process and handle lease tenancy agreement negotiation as well as suite condition inspection and documentation at move-in and move-out.

SECURITY DEPOSITS  – At Pacific Quorum we can administer all aspects of your tenant’s security deposits, including appropriately administering deductions, calculating Provincially-stipulated interest rates, and issuing refunds within required timeframes.

24-HOUR MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY SERVICE – Pacific Quorum maintains a 24-hour maintenance emergency telephone number, for use by all residents so as to mitigate further damages and/or inconvenience to residents, while implementing an effective screening process to ensure that only emergencies are handled after hours.
