Pacific Quorum (Okanagan) Properties is excited to announce the acquisition of the strata division from Columbia Property Management, effective August 31, 2024. This acquisition allows Pacific Quorum (Okanagan) to enter the Kamloops Property Management market.
Pacific Quorum (Okanagan) Properties will be inaugurating a new branch office in Kamloops. The new location, at #207-242 Victoria Street, Kamloops, will serve as a hub for the expanded operations.
This acquisition brings Pacific Quorum’s Properties portfolio to over 900 strata corporation properties across B.C.
